Double Room Neighborhood View

Our standard double rooms (15-16 square meters / 161 - 172 square feet including bathroom) feature one double bed or two twin beds. Double rooms can accommodate one or two guests. The Standard Double Rooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower. We have also recently completed our Deluxe Rooms which offer more room space and a larger bathroom (20-22 square meters/ 216-237 square feet) and accommodate up to three persons. The Deluxe Rooms have either a bathroom with a bath-tub or a Turkish Style Bath.

Dersaadet Corner Suite

The two Dersaadet Corner Suites feature one queen-size bed and one single bed, to accommodate up to three guests. Each of the spacious suites (35 square meters/388 square feet) has a sitting area, private whirlpool bath (jacuzzi), views of the neighborhood, and partial views of the Sea of Marmara.

We have recently completed our Deluxe Rooms which offer more room space; a large sized sofa and a larger bathroom (20-22 square meters/ 216-237 square feet). the Deluxe Rooms accommodate up to three persons . The Deluxe Rooms also have more spacious bathrooms,either a bathroom with a bath-tub + shower combination or a Turkish Style Bath + rain shower combination.

Economy Single Room

Our Economy Room is the smallest room in the house (13 square meters/140 Square feet), with a double bed (190 x 140 cm/6.25 x 4.6 feet), and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Located on the lobby floor and separated from the lobby by a corridor, it has a view of the residential street we are located on, partially obscured by the trees on the street. It is most suitable for a single guest, but can accommodate two if room size is not a priority.
